CONFERENCE FOR THE UGANDA PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION

(28^th - 29^th/ February/ 2008)

On the 28^th/February/ 2008, the president of African Development Bank will visit Butabika Hospital to see for himself the achievements of the African Development Bank loan.

The Minister of Health, Hon. Steven Malinga will accompany him as he takes him around the Butabika Hospital Infrastructure.

The Hospital Executive Director, Dr. Fred Kigozi who has been the top manager of the project will be the chief host of the Minister, ADB boss and the UPA Conference.
